For the first time in many years, I spent a couple of wintertime weeks back in Lodi, NY. It was a nice break… my little brother Vince & my sister Irene and I spent our days (and even some nights) hiking the frozen tundra that is upstate NY. Highlights of the season included row-boating in a blizzard, seeing the Seneca White Deer, and learning the art of quilt making.
